Công ty Cổ phần Dịch vụ Tổng hợp Sài Gòn (Savico) xin thông báo về ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để thực hiện quyền nhân cổ tức năm 2025 bằng tiền, cụ thể như sau: 

1.Ngày đăng ký cuối cùng: 31/7/2026

2. Tỷ lệ thực hiện: Đối với cổ phiếu: 5%/cổ phiếu ( 01 cổ phiếu được nhận 500 đồng)

3. Ngày thanh toán (dự kiến): 14/08/2026

4. Địa điểm thực hiện:

- Đối với chứng khoán lưu ký: Người sở hữu làm thủ tục nhận cổ tức /lợi tức/lãi, gốc trái phiếu doanh nghiệp tại các Thành viên lưu ký (TVLK) nơi mở tài khoản lưu ký.

-  Đối với chứng khoán chưa lưu ký: Người sở hữu làm thủ tục nhận cổ tức tại Công ty Cổ phần Dịch vụ Tổng hợp Sài Gòn – Số 220 Bis Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, phường Thạnh Mỹ Tây, TP. HCM bắt đầu từ ngày 14/08/2026 và xuất trình căn cước công dân/căn cước.

Saigon General Service Joint Stock Corporation (Savico) hereby announces the record date for exercising the right to receive the 2025 cash dividend in cash, specifically as follows:

1. Record date: 31 July 2026

2. Exercise ratio: For shares: 5%/share (each share shall receive VND 500)
3. Payment date (expected): 14 August 2026
4. Place of implementation:

• For deposited securities: Holders shall complete the procedures to receive dividends/interest/corporate bond principal at the Depository Members (DMs) where their depository accounts are opened.
• For non-deposited securities: Holders shall complete the procedures to receive dividends at Saigon General Service Joint Stock Corporation – No. 220 Bis Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, starting from 14 August 2026, and present their citizen identification card/ID card.
