Công ty Cổ phần Dịch vụ Tổng hợp Sài Gòn (SAVICO) xin thông báo về việc sửa đổi tài liệu họp Đại hội đồng Cổ đông thường niên năm 2026, cụ thể như sau/ Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) hereby announces an amendment to the documentation for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
- Rút Tờ trình số 06/TTr-SVC-HĐQT ngày 14/5/2026 về việc chào bán thêm cổ phần cho cổ đông hiện hữu để tăng vốn điều lệ/Withdrawal of Proposal No. 06/TTr-SVC-HĐQT dated 14 May 2026 regarding the issuance of additional shares to existing shareholders for the purpose of increasing the Company's charter capital.
- Các nội dung khác vẫn giữ nguyên/ All other contents of the AGM documentation remain unchanged.
