Toyota Dong Saigon Joint Stock Company, a member of Saigon General Services Joint Stock Company (SAVICO), was established in October 1992 with the original name of Toyota Center, then Xi. Toyota Dong Sai Gon Enterprise and officially became Toyota Dong Sai Gon Joint Stock Company from July 10, 2003, in which SAVICO holds 35% of the company's charter capital and appoints its staff to participate in the management.
Toyota Dong Saigon Joint Stock Company is the official agent of Toyota Motor Vietnam Company (TMV).
