Contents of published information: announcing decisions of the Board of Directors of Saigon General Service Corporation as follows:

• Decision No. 05/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 19th, 2015 on appointing Mr. Mai Viet Ha as Executive Director (*).
• Decision No. 07/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 19th, 2015 on changing legal representative of Savico from Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh to Mr. Mai Viet Ha.
• Decision No. 04/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 19th, 2015 on discontinuing position as executive management and legal representative of Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh - General Director of Saigon General Service Corporation (**)
• Decision No. 03/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 19th, 2015 on discontinuing position as Deputy Director of Saigon General Service Corporation of Mr. Ta Phuoc Dat (***)

(*): Mr. Mai Viet Ha joined SAVICO on February 2008 as Deputy General Manager in charge of Services - Trade.
Before joining SAVICO, Mr. Ha held many important positions related to sales and services at domestic and foreign Groups and Companies..
Mr. Ha graduated as MBA of Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands), he is proficient in English, was adequately trained in management, business specializing in the automotive industry. He has a modern style of leadership, with full of enthusiasm and dedication in the development of core activities of the Company such as Services - Commercial, especially automotive sector. He was appointed as General Director replacing Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh from January 19th, 2015.

(**): Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh discontinue holding position as SAVICO General Director to focus on his new position as Deputy Director at Ben Thanh Group – Co., Ltd one member, a major shareholder of SAVICO. Mr. Minh has maintained as SAVICO Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

(***): Mr. Ta Phuoc Dat discontinue holding position as Deputy General Director of Finance and Accounting at SAVICO to focus on new position as Deputy General Director of Binh Duong New City Automotive Services JSC (Binh Duong Ford) - a unit of Savico system. Mr. Dat has maintained as SAVICO Board of Directors’ member.
