On January 08th 2014, the Board of Directors, Saigon General Services Corporation has decided to change the members of the Executive Board & Chief Accountant of the Company as follows:

- Decision No. 01/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on appointing Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh as General Director and the legal representative of the Company
- Decision No. 02/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on appointing Mr. Doan Van Quang as Deputy General Director who is in charge of development research & strategy
- Decision No. 03/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on appointing Ms. Nguyen Thu Nga as Deputy General Director of the Company who is in charge of administration & events
- Decision No. 04/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on appointing Mr. Ngo Van Danh as Chief Accountant of the Company
- Decision No. 05/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on leaving the position of Chief Accountant for Ms. Hoang Thi Thao
- Decision No. 06/QD-HDQT-SVC dated January 08th 2014 on leaving the position of General Director and the Company’s legal representative for Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho
