Savico company received letter from HCMC Stock Exchange “about: warning on information release” for 2017 annual report.

First of all, the company states apology to Management Unit and Shareholders for the delay on releasing information of annual report.

We hereby explain the delay on annual report information release as follow: at the end of 2017, there were many new policies with tight regulations on car business and distribution, which saw strong influence on this section in Savico system recently so the company needed time to adjust the plan as well as update business orientation. Therefore, the completion of annual report was later than regulated.

Currently, Savico is finishing the final contents of the report and commits to release the information as soon as possible: expected on May 15th, 2018, it will be finished and the information release will be done
