The Board of Directors of Sagon General Service Corporation approved the decision on capital contribution to establish "Công ty TNHH Xe và Thiết bị chuyên dụng Vĩnh Thịnh" (Vinh Thinh auto vehicles and specialized equipment Co., Ltd) as follows:

• Percentage of capital contribution: 50% chartered capital of "Công ty TNHH Xe và Thiết bị chuyên dụng Vĩnh Thịnh".
• Capital contribution by cash with the total value of 10,000,000,000 VND (Ten billion VND)
