This year Savico continued to be honored as one of 50 corporations that had the best annual reports (BAR) and was particularly awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the State Securities Commission for receiving the prize "Best annual report" in many successive years.

The 2012 BAR award ceremony and the 5th anniversary of the BAR poll was held by HCM Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Investment Securities newspaperat at Legend Saigon hotel on July 14th 2012, sponsored by Dragon Capital Management Company. With the target to encourage issued corporations to reach professional standards and improve the integrity in making annual reports.

 Accoring to the Poll Board's evaluation, the quality of this year's annual reports were more improved compared with those of the previous years. There were 50 BARs would be honored in this year's ceremony. These were selected out of 700 annual reports of issued corporations. In 50 annual reports that would be honored this year, there were 11 reports of corporations issued in Hanoi and 39 of those issued in HCMC. The 6th poll was expected to start on March 2012 and the participants were all corporations issued in Hanoi and HCMC. The next year's voting criteria would be based on the new regulation in the Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC. Besides, the organization board expected to make some new criteria of the responsibility of corporations on the environment and society.

"Creating new value" is what Savico is trying to achieve and also the theme of this year's BAR. Knowing that human resources are a precious capital, Savico has focused on developing them. The corporation wants to attract and trains the staff to make them more skillful, devoted to their jobs and whole-heartedly contribute to the development of Savico, help the corporation overcome difficulties to fulfill all targets, and create new achievements and new values for the community.
