SAVICO TEAMBUILDING 2016
GROWTH IN CHANGE

During 3 days of May 13th, 14th, 15th of 2015, the Saigon General Service Joint Stock Company (SAVICO) hold 2nd Teambuilding Program successfully for more than 50 staffs at Madagui, Lam Dong province in order to develop management skill, independent working skill and teamwork skill in groups:

1. Develop a winning plan for new vision.
2. Divide work and manage time effectively.
3. Enhance the ability to work with the teams.
4. Towards enhancing professionalism and improving the quality of work.
5. Follow successful.

The objective and meaning of the program: the leadership and the Organizing Committee collaborated to build content of the Teambuilding with many attractive games and the difficulty is increased gradually over 2015 to help maximize soft skills, behavioral skills, team working skills to coordinate the work and handle difficult situations in a smooth and efficient manner.

 1. Gala "One minute to win" "Awake the Eagles":

Meaning and Purpose: Develop a winning plan for new vision. Team leader shall calculate and assign personnel in the team, trading at its booth and at other booths to achieve the best profit for his team

 2. Army Teambuilding –The Marketplace is like a battlefield:

Meaning and purpose: To enhance the ability to work in teams; towards enhancing professionalism and improving the quality of work to follow success.

The market is always harsh and volatiles. In order to survive and thrive in a challenging environment, enterprises must strive constantly "Reach Up". To always be the winner, enterprises shall now fight like a brave and elite soldier.

Army Teambuilding Program helps employees adopt the strategy of "The Art of War" into the business to cope with change and unexpected challenges of the business environment with many fluctuations. Employees will enter the workplace with new ideas, new strategies, new ways and "Following the Success in Jobs".

Applying knowledge learned in the battles to achieve goals; Shooting Paintball; simulating the real battles will bring the invaluable experience through battles; learning the skills of communication and information processing, skills of coordination and enhancing the ability of bearing to work in harsh environments with high pressure.

Meaning and purpose: Divide work and manage time effectively.

The Teambuilding program is an event that represents the enterprise value, forming habits and the culture of "collective working", developing management skills, independent working skill, teamwork skill, skills of handling difficult situations in a smooth, effective manner, binding the members of the company, implementing central goals of the business plan in 2016.
