As a culture preserved and maintained over the years, the SAVICO October program is held annually to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day on October 13th, Vietnam Women's Day on October 20th with many practical activities towards Leadership and employees of the entire system. This is the occasion to commend and honor individuals and organizations that work well and actively and contribute a lot in business activities in the year, which aims to encourage timely and contribute to raise labor productivity and efficiency for a stronger SAVICO.

This year, the entire SAVICO system had three organizations which were given the grand awards Ho Chi Minh City Enterprise Award 2016 and Ho Chi Minh City Entrepreneur Award 2016 by prestigious organizations, including Savico and Tesc. These awards are given by Ho Chi Minh City Association of Enterprises in order to acknowledge timely, honor and encourage the efforts of entrepreneurs and enterprises that achieve good results in business activities and contribute a lot to community and society.

Especially for the SAVICO system, through the selection criteria of SAVICO prospective entrepreneurs, the emulation and reward council of the Company selected 17 individuals from the entire system as SAVICO prospective entrepreneurs 2016. They are a young, dynamic, creative and enthusiastic management team, factors of development of management team and contribute to the sustainable construction and development of SAVICO.

On the occasion of celebration of the 86th anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union, the Leadership of SAVICO commended and rewarded 13 female employees the title “capable of national affairs and duteous at housework”. It is a very meaningful award for their contributions to the development of the company, their families and the society.

Also on this occasion, the management board of SAVICO commended 17 specialists and technicians from the entire system in the skill contest held annually by suppliers. Through specialized contests, specialists, sales staff and technicians from system units have more opportunities to affirm their professionalism in service, learn and exchange many valuable experiences to improve skills, supply better service to customers, maintain and enhance brand reputation of company.
