On September 30, 2019 at 10:30am, Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) held a Ceremony to announce the change in SAVICO high level management personnel. Attending the ceremony were the representatives of the major shareholder of Ben Thanh Group, together with Mr./Mrs. who are Board of Directors, Supervision Board, General Director Board, Party Committee, and all officers and employees of the Company.

Now, Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) annouce:

1. Due to the assignment and mobilization of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh – Company’s Chairman has been in charge of a new duty at Saigontourist Holding Company. Accordingly, Company's Board of Directors convened a meeting and agreed that Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh would resign from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors from September 28, 2019
2. At the 6th meeting of this morning, the Board of Directors discussed and agreed to elect Mr. Mai Viet Ha - Member of the Board of Directors to be SAVICO's Chairman, and concurrently resign from the position of General Director and Company's Legal Representative since September 30, 2019.
3. Also at the 6/2019 meeting this morning, the Board of Directors discussed and agreed to appoint Mr. Phan Duong Cuu Long - Company's Deputy General Director as General Director and Company’s Legal Representative since September 30, 2019.
