It is the fifth time SAVICO has held the annually periodical planning conference to evaluate the implementation of the 2012 plan, develop the Corporation business plan in 2013; Nearly 100 members summoned including Board of Directors, managers and operators...of the whole system attended.

 

The conference offered time for members of each business sector in the system to participate in the specialized conference; Through the conference,  members exchanged and contributed their experiences and useful comments from the business and service activities; especially in the field of automobiles and motorcycles, they have made practical special subjects, attached great importance to after-sales service and well cared potential customers providing satisfactory results for the Corporation services... The conference also involved in special subjects of finance, real estate services, Finance group, Accounting, internal control, Human resource solutions group, etc. 

 

Summarizing the conference, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho, Chairman of the Board – General Director of SAVICO emphasized the important criteria and the key measures to implement the business plan in 2013 in the complicated economy and market; Each sector and unit reviewed its capital sources and the impact on investment and business to provide specific solutions in combination with management to build up the risk prevention system, strengthen internal controls, minimize and appropriately use costs for increase in business efficiency.

 

- Services - Trade: maintain the market and market share of each brand and each region; at the same time, further and improve service quality, develop new service models ... because this is one of the major business segments providing significant efficiencies to the Corporation.

Mr. Nguyen Vinh Tho appreciated the sense of responsibility of the members attending the conference who took the initiative to introduce the effective business models and provide worried operating models to discuss and reach agreement, share and have determination to complete the task assigned. At the same time, he emphasized the development of human resources, good human resources planning, training and attraction, connection and support of business activities as well as the staff transfer to meet the needs of network development and improve the quality of management of the units in the system; He believed that the determination will be the motive for all SAVICO staff unite and share responsibilities with the highest effort to help the Corporation archive success in 2013... Simultaneously, through arts performance and sports activities, the Trade union and Youth Union maintains the annual performance and manoeuvres of staff, creating the employee engagement in the whole system and promoting more effective business.

 

On this occasion, to express high unanimity towards the Corporation business strategy, the units have made a commitment to complete and exceed the plan targets of 2013
