VVA TOWER is located on 277-279 Ly TuTrong Street, Ben Thanh ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It is the result of cooperation between Saigon General Service Joint Stock Company (Savico) and Van Van An Joint Stock Company with total cost of 63 billion dong total construction area is 4,099 m2 with 2 basements, 01 ground, 01 middle floor and 09 floors for lease with full utility such as lift, air conditioner, parking and guard 24/24
