The 14th Family Day SAVICO System 2016 with the theme "Growth in Change" at Buu Long Tourist Resort, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai. This program is traditionally held every year to honor the profound human values of Vietnam Family Day dated June 18th, uphold traditional cultural values of SAVICO family, create conditions for employees and their families, relatives to meet, exchange and express solidarity and bonding between the members of the system. From there, people can understand and share the difficulties, hardness, understand the work that their loved ones are doing, to create conditions for people to work together with better efficiency.

Attending the 14th Family Day of SAVICO system 2016 was more than 800 employees and families in the system in the HCM city such as office of SAVICO, Toyota East Saigon Joint Stock Company, Saigon Ford Joint Stock Company, Ben Thanh Ford Joint Stock Company, Saigon Star Joint Stock Company, Binh Duong Ford Joint Stock Company, OTOS Joint Stock Company, Toyota Ly Thuong Kiet Joint Stock Company, Vinh Thinh Automobiles Joint Stock Automobiles Northwest of Saigon Joint Stock Company, Northern Europe Automobiles Joint Stock Company

In the bustling, cheerful atmosphere, staffs and family members anxiously attended the vibrant and impressive programs designed and organized appropriately for each age. The children were indulging in summer air when participating in the attractive games stimulating creativity, developing intelligence, training physical such as folk games, uninterrupted movement, treasure hunt, farmers' experiences ...; The teens were excited about the construction and decoration of tents, sailing, sliding grass, soccer, badminton, tennis, ... each activity and game showed the gifted of each staff and most of all, showed the cohesion, teamwork, high determination of the team not only in the business but also in sports, entertainment activities.

Experiencing a school year with a lot of effort, this was also a chance for the children to be indulging in fun summer atmosphere and 222 children received gifts to commend, compliment and encourage for their excellent school performance. This activity aimed to motivate and encourage them to continue to strive for learning, create a beautiful image in the children about their parents' working unit

 Over 14 times of organization, Family Day of SAVICO system has gradually become a subculture imbued with human values and traditional values of family SAVICO. The event also has really become a festival where all the employees with their families, relatives eagerly await to participate in every summer. That is what the leadership of SAVICO desire to maintain and develop further to replicate this subculture to every staff that has been and will work in the SAVICO system.
